Service Description
Hospitality is a challenging business where your net promotor score defines the success of your company. Delivering happiness and an outstanding service quality while finding ease in your work is key in this fast pace and VUCA environment. It is the people that are at the focus oft he strategic development task in hospitality: People serve people, people buy from people, despite all digitalization. Empathy is the secret to hospitality, customer service, sales, innovation & creativity. Starting from the idea that VUCA challenges can not only adressed with an open and courious mind, but also need a compassionate open heart and a courageous open will, participants will learn duringt this 2-day training, how mindful mental techniques from yoga & meditation can contribute to their leadership skills and what are the recent neurophysiological learnings on this. They learn to integrate mind, heart and body in their communication and action for a sustainable, compassionate and embodied leadership.
